Wild Ringless Honey Mushrooms are delicious in risotto or stir-fried in your favorite dish. No need to worry, I have a degree in Horticulture and I know for certain that these are not poisonous. I eat them myself right out of my own garden. They are dried unless it is late summer or fall when they are fresh. I sell both in the appropriate season. I grow most of my own herbs organically without pesticides, or I have bought them from trusted organic growers if the herbs would not be grown in my region.
